Playing squash with us
4PlaySquash is an open group and welcomes players of all abilities to our sessions. There is no formal joining / membership procedure - simply turn up to a session and ask any player to introduce you the person running the session who will give you a quick introduction to how things work.
Saturdays
10:00am - 12noon at the Queen Mother Sports Centre, Victoria. Nearest tube is Victoria on the Victoria, District and Cirlce Lines. Saturday morning sessions are usually followed by brunch in the Victoria area.
4:00pm - 6:00pm at the Finsbury Leisure Centre, Central Street. Nearest tube is Old Street on the Northern Line, City Branch. Saturday afternoon sessions at Finsbury are usually followed by drinks in Islington.
Sundays
5:20pm - 7:20pm at the Finsbury Leisure Centre, Central Street. Nearest tube is Old Street on the Northern Line, City Branch.
6:30pm - 8:00pm at the Old Actonians Sports Ground, Gunnersbury Drive, Acton W5. Nearest tube is Acton Town on the Piccadilly and District Lines. There is a security lock on the doors to the squash courts - ask for the combination at the club house bar. After squash drinks are at the club house (which also serves food) or West 5 (gay bar).
Costs
Costs per session vary depending on the number of players on the day. Typical costs are indicated below:
Finsbury: £5 to £6
Victoria: £5 to £6 (plus 70p to enter the sports centre)
Acton: £3 to £4
Students: £3 flat rate (discretionary)
